提出新一类的变电站监控系统中网络型变电站主控装置SMU（Substation Master Unit），阐述变电站主控装置的组成结构及其特点，着重强调SMU站控单元强大的处理能力和网络性能，同时指出SMU的功能和结构符合国际标准化组织IEC 61 850变电站网络和系统标准。
A new type Substation Master Unit (SMU) is proposed in substation monitoring system. The structure and characteristics of substation master control unit are described. Emphasis is placed on the powerful processing capability and network performance of SMU station control unit. At the same time, The function and structure of the SMU comply with the International Organization for Standardization IEC 61 850 substation network and system standards.
