目的探讨紫外线照射猪皮治疗深度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法64例深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者纳入观察范围,随机分为对照组30例和实验组34例,实验组患者烧伤创面覆盖猪皮预先经40W紫外线照射2h,对照组患者烧伤创面覆盖猪皮未经紫外线照射,观察各组患者烧伤创面愈合效果。结果实验组烧伤创面平均愈合时间为(28.8±2.1)d,显著少于对照组,创面Ⅰ类愈合率高于对照组。结论猪皮经紫外线预照射用于深度烧伤创面能显著加快创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultraviolet irradiation on pigskin for deep burn wounds. Methods Sixty-four patients with deep second degree burn were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and experimental group (n = 34). In the experimental group, burn wound covered pig skin was pre-irradiated with 40W UV light for 2 hours. After UV irradiation, the effect of burn wound healing in each group was observed. Results The average healing time of burn wounds in experimental group was (28.8 ± 2.1) days, which was significantly less than that in control group. The healing rate of wound in group Ⅰ was higher than that in control group. Conclusion Pigskin pre-irradiated with UV light for deep burn wound healing can significantly accelerate the wound healing.
