2004年5月28～31日,“中国工程机械学会维修工程分会第五届理事会第二次会议暨再制造专业委员会成立会议”和“中国首届机电装备再制造工程学术研讨会”在山东省济南市胜利召开.在“中国工程机械学会维修工程分会第五届理事会第二次会议暨再制造专业委员会成立会议”上,中国工程机械学会秘书长石来德教授向维修工程分会颁发了民政部批准的中国工程机械学会维修工程分会社团分支机械登记证书.维修工程分会新成立的“再制造专业委员会”推举济南复强动力有限公司总经理
