随着中国安防行业步入全面发展时期,中国本土的安防企业在企业管理方面也在不断走向成熟。公司治理结构趋于完善,决策流程逐渐科学合理,甚至连战略规划这种所谓“高深莫测”的东西也正在为中国安防企业重视。如今很多本土的安防企业都制定了各自公司的中长期发展战略,不少大型安防企业甚至成立了战略发展部、企业管理部等专职战略规划的职能部门,这些措施在促进企业持续发展方面发挥了重要作用,也在中国安防行业中普及了战略管理的理念。但是,战略管理引入中国安防行业中的时间毕竟较短,行业中相应的专业人才也较为缺乏,造成了在战略制定、实施等过程中缺乏对风险的管理,对风险识别不清、重视不够,规避措施缺失,最终导致了制定的战略没能很好指导企业的发展,甚至成为阻碍公司发展的“绊脚石”。战略风险管理,正在成为中国安防企业迈向新发展阶段后的必要管理工具之一。
