研究了喷射悬浮浇注工艺对ZG35基体组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明:在钢液中喷入一定量的颗粒悬浮剂,可以明显地提高材料的塑性和冲击韧性,且悬浮剂的粒度对材料的塑性和冲击韧性也有较显著的影响.
The effect of spray suspension casting process on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG35 matrix was studied. The results show that the plasticity and impact toughness of the material can be remarkably improved by spraying a certain amount of the granular suspending agent into the molten steel. The particle size of the suspending agent also has a significant influence on the plasticity and impact toughness of the material.
