利用功能纤维和涤纶2种材料混纺,并根据不同编织工艺,制备出4种功能织物。分别研究了4种织物在8~12 GHz和26.5~40 GHz频段范围内的吸波性能,并对其吸波性能进行了比较。结果表明:在相同含量时,使用功能纤维3做成的织物吸波性能最好;在4种结构中,网格平纹布的吸波性能最佳,当功能纤维质量分数为4%左右时,在8~12 GHz范围内,反射衰减都低于-18 dB,最大反射率衰减为-21 dB,在26.5~40GHz范围内,反射衰减都低于-19 dB,最大反射衰减为-26 dB。
Using functional fibers and polyester blended two kinds of materials, and according to different weaving process, prepared four kinds of functional fabrics. The wave absorbing performance of four kinds of fabrics in the range of 8 ~ 12 GHz and 26.5 ~ 40 GHz was studied respectively, and their absorbing performance was compared. The results show that the absorbing properties of fabric made of functional fiber 3 are the best at the same content. Among the four structures, the absorbing property of the mesh plain weave fabric is the best. When the functional fiber mass fraction is about 4% The reflection attenuation is lower than -18 dB and the maximum reflection attenuation is -21 dB in the range of 8-12 GHz. The reflection attenuation is lower than -19 dB and the maximum reflection attenuation is -26 dB in the range of 26.5-40 GHz.
