本文通过分析事业单位绩效考核现状,建议使用“360°+KPI”考核模式来解决公平与效率问题,并阐述了该模式的内涵、如何实施以及考核结果应用的风险等问题。
This paper analyzes the status quo of performance appraisal in public institutions, and suggests using the “360 ° + KPI” appraisal model to solve the fairness and efficiency issues. It also expounds the connotation of the model, how to implement it and the risk of application of appraisal results.
