December 7, 2006, the winter sun shines on the earth. In the interview room of the detention center in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, 45-year-old He Jinghua casually signed his name on the appeal book. This is already the third time she has pleaded not guilty of a trial and filed an appeal in more than a year. In other words, around the mysterious disappearance of more than 70,000 yuan premiums, the court of first instance has made three judgments, and her price is spent in the detention center for more than 600 days of barbed wire career. At this point, she hopes that the third trial of the higher court will return her innocence.
