目的探讨结、直肠癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与螺旋CT(SCT)灌注成像的相关性。资料与方法对30例结、直肠癌患者进行SCT单层动态增强扫描,绘制所选层面的癌灶、靶动脉的感兴趣区的时间-密度曲线(TDC)。根据TDC计算癌灶的血流灌注参数:强化峰值(PH)、对比剂峰值时间(PT)、强化比值(CER)、对比剂平均通过时间(MTT)、癌灶的灌注量(PF)。测定癌组织VEGF的表达。将结、直肠癌的VEGF的表达与各灌注参数进行比较,且两者亦分别与临床病理因素(Dukes分期、浆膜浸润及淋巴结转移)进行比较。结果结、直肠癌VEGF表达阳性率为87%(26/30),其与各灌注参数间均无显著相关性(P值均>0.05);VEGF、各灌注参数在Dukes分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移比较中差异均无统计学意义。结论VEGF与SCT灌注成像均能反映结、直肠癌的血管生成状况,但两者之间无明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and spiral CT (SCT) perfusion imaging in colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods Thirty patients with colorectal cancer underwent single-layer SCT dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning to map the time-density curve (TDC) of the focal lesion and target artery in the selected layer. The perfusion parameters of the foci were calculated according to TDC: peak enhancement (PH), contrast peak time (PT), enhancement ratio (CER), mean contrast time (MTT) and perfusion volume (PF). The expression of VEGF in cancer tissues was determined. The VEGF expression in node and rectal cancer was compared with that of perfusion parameters, and the two were also compared with clinical pathological factors (Dukes stage, serosal invasion and lymph node metastasis) respectively. Results The positive rate of VEGF expression in rectal cancer was 87% (26/30), which was not significantly correlated with the perfusion parameters (all P values> 0.05). The expression of VEGF and VEGF in Dukes stage, serosal invasion, There was no significant difference in lymph node metastasis. Conclusion VEGF and SCT perfusion imaging can reflect the angiogenesis of colorectal cancer, but there is no significant correlation between the two.
