本文考察了几种表面活性剂的复配体系 ,结果表明 :油水两相极易混合 (“混相”)的体系 ,界面张力必定超低。进而又研究了盐浓度及温度对体系界面张力的影响 ,油—水界面张力超低时 ,体系存在特殊的液晶结构 ,利用形成超低界面张力和混相体系的分散及稳定 ,从实验结果看 ,液晶更可能分散于体相中。含非离子的复配体系 ,存在相反转温度 ( PIT) ,且在相反转温度时界面张力出现最低值
In this paper, we investigated the complex system of several surfactants. The results show that the interfacial tension must be extremely low when the oil-water two-phase system is easy to mix (“mixed phase”). Furthermore, the effects of salt concentration and temperature on the interfacial tension of the system were studied. When the interfacial tension between oil and water was very low, the system had a special liquid crystal structure. The superfine interfacial tension and the dispersion and stability of the miscible phase were formed. From the experimental results, Liquid crystals are more likely to be dispersed in the bulk phase. With non-ionic compound system, the existence of phase inversion temperature (PIT), and the phase inversion temperature at the lowest interfacial tension
