提出了一种新型的球罐支柱与球壳的连接结构——径向托板连接结构,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》中的分析方法,将其与支柱水平托板连接结构进行应力分析对比。结果表明:在自重+计算压力+风压力载荷组合工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约9%;在自重+计算压力+25%风压力+地震载荷组合工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约9%;在自重+试验压力载荷工况下,球壳与托板连接处局部应力减少约10%。
A new type of spherical tank cantilever and spherical shell connection structure - radial pallet connection structure was proposed. By using ANSYS finite element analysis software and the analysis method of JB4732-1995 “Steel Pressure Vessel Analysis Design Standard” The stress analysis and comparison with the pillars horizontal pallet connection structure.
