中低层建筑的钢结构需要大量的方管。介绍了采用热轧定径机将圆管轧制成方管的生产工艺流程,轧制条件对方管尺寸精度的影响,以及方管热轧成型技术与电阻焊冷成型法、铸造法的对比情况。同时介绍了采用该工艺开发的高尺寸精度热轧特厚壁方管的特点。所开发的热轧特厚壁方管除壁厚增厚外情况,其角部尺寸和边部平直度均达到甚至超过电阻焊冷成型方管的水平。
Low-rise building steel structure requires a lot of square tube. This paper introduces the production process of rolling round pipe into square pipe by hot rolling sizing mill, the influence of rolling conditions on the dimensional accuracy of square pipe, and the comparison between square pipe hot rolling forming technique and resistance welding cold forming method and casting method . At the same time introduced the use of the technology developed by the high-precision hot-rolled thick-walled square tube features. The developed hot-rolled extra-thick wall square tube has the corner size and edge flatness reaching or even exceeding the resistance welding cold-formed square tube in addition to thickening of the wall thickness.
