在管理学中“胡萝卜+大棒”原则是激励机制的主导理念,这一“奖励+惩罚”模式背后的无意识假设是老板是无意识的操纵者和控制者,下属被剥夺了主观能动性,即“公驴谬论”。然而这种奖惩结合的激励机制在实践过程中出现失灵现象,本文将对激励机制危机出现的原因进行分析,进而提出几种可能的改进建议。
In management, the principle of “carrot + stick” is the dominant idea of incentive mechanism.
