虽然我们企业的情况目前也比较困难,但是,我们的工会工作依然把维护职工权益放在工作的首位。我们厂已经连续三年为职工办理职工互助保障计划了,受到了广大职工的热烈欢迎。职工互助保险的展开,进一步提高了工会组织的影响力、凝聚力和吸引力,强化了服务型工会建设,使工会组织在社会管理和公共服务工作中发挥了重要的作用。我们为职工办理保险,既是为职工增添一份保障,同时也是为境况不佳的企业减轻一些负担。 Although the conditions of our enterprises are still relatively difficult at present, the work of our trade unions still places the protection of workers’ rights and interests first in their work. Our factory has been for workers for three years in a row for mutual assistance workers protection plan, by the majority of workers a warm welcome. The unfolding of employee mutual insurance has further enhanced the influence, cohesion and attraction of trade union organizations, strengthened the building of service-based trade unions and played an important role in social management and public service. As we apply for insurance for our employees, we not only add a guarantee to our workers, but we also relieve some of our burdens for those in a bad situation.
