建立了一套高灵敏度调谐式连续波腔衰荡光谱测量系统,该系统以分布反馈式(DFB)半导体激光器作为光源,利用其电流调制及调谐的特征进行衰荡和腔损耗谱测量,系统重复测量精度约为0.65×10~(-6)。对实验中出现的标准具效应进行了实验和理论分析,证实了这种效应来自衰荡腔的外部弱反射,并通过分析找出了系统中主要的反射面源。提出了标准具效应的软、硬件消除方法,实验结果表明,软件处理中数据拟合的标准误差约为0.4×10~(-6),硬件改进后腔损耗谱振荡起伏标准差由原来的9.2068×10~(-6)减少为0.4561×10~(-6)。
A set of high-sensitivity tuned continuous-wave-cavity ring-down spectroscopy system was established. This system uses distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser as light source, and uses its characteristics of current modulation and tuning to measure ring-down and cavity loss spectra. The system repeats The measurement accuracy is about 0.65 × 10 -6. Experiments and theoretical analyzes of the etalon effects in the experiment are carried out, and it is confirmed that this effect comes from the external weak reflection of the ring-down cavity. The main source of reflection in the system is found through analysis. The software and hardware elimination methods of etalon effect are put forward. The experimental results show that the standard error of data fitting in software processing is about 0.4 × 10 -6, and the standard deviation of the cavity loss spectrum after hardware improvement is from 9.2068 × 10 ~ (-6) decreased to 0.4561 × 10 -6.
