攀钢冷轧厂是一座年产５０万ｔ的冷轧薄板厂，其主轧机组选用日本８０年代初制造的四机架六辊ＨＣ冷连轧机组。本文介绍了该机组在工艺平面布置及工艺润滑方式、机械及流体系统、电气设备及控制系统等方面所做的技术改造。
Cold rolling plant in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is an annual output of 500,000 t of cold-rolled sheet mill, the main rolling mill used in Japan in the early 1980s manufactured four-rack six-roll HC Tandem cold mill. This paper introduces the technological transformation of the unit in terms of process layout and process lubrication, mechanical and fluid systems, electrical equipment and control systems.
