为探讨中小城市汽车4S店人力资源管理实践对员工忠诚度的影响,以河北省保定市汽车4S店为样本,采用封闭式分层抽样调查方法,使用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析,通过差异性检验和分步回归模型进行实证分析。结果表明,不同年龄层员工对企业的忠诚度是有差异的;总体模型与人力资源管理实践具有较强的相关关系,部分人力资源管理实践对员工忠诚度具有显著影响;人力资源管理实践的合理应用可更好地影响员工忠诚度。
In order to explore the impact of human resource management practices of small and medium-sized cities 4S shop on employee loyalty, taking the automobile 4S shop in Baoding, Hebei as a sample, using closed stratified sampling method, using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for data analysis, Sex test and stepwise regression model for empirical analysis.
