在华东电业管理局直属6个火力发电厂中,我厂的盐耗指标原来处于下游。化学分场的领导虽然看到了这个落后局面,但认为:“我厂离吴淞口近,咸潮比较大,水质比较差”。有了这个想法,就阻碍着他们虚心学习先进经验。今年4月,市、局召开五好集体和五好职工代表会议时,他们听到吴淞发电所的盐耗稳定在40～50克/吨度,思想上触动很大。分场副主任叶增蔚说:“吴淞发电所近在咫尺,可我们对家门口的先进经验就没看到!”
