Inheritance and people’s social, economic, family life is closely related to the economic development and the succession of new objects, the urgent need to improve and perfect the inheritance system. This article explores the possible limitations that heirs may have in inheriting legally inherited properties, and suggests ways to improve upon the issues that arise on this basis.
