汽车连杆的连杆体与盖的连接方式有两种:一种是连杆螺栓与螺母连接,另一种是连杆螺栓直接旋入连杆体内。对于后一种螺孔对螺栓定位孔有较高的同轴度要求(见图1)。传统的加工方法,不易达到连杆体与盖的螺孔和螺栓孔的同轴度要求,经过实践验证,我们设计了如图2所示的定位丝锥接杆。接杆通过其后端的螺孔和一个螺栓销与丝锥套筒浮动连接(图中未画出)。在丝锥还没有接触螺纹底孔之前,接杆的前端定位外圆(d)就与铰好的螺栓定位孔以H7/k6的配合定位,
There are two ways to connect the connecting rod body and the cover of the automobile connecting rod: one is the connecting rod bolt and the nut, the other is the connecting rod bolt directly screwed into the connecting rod body. For the latter kind of screw holes on the bolt positioning holes have higher concentricity requirements (see Figure 1). The traditional processing method is not easy to reach the concentricity of the screw hole and the bolt hole of the connecting rod body and the cover. After practice verification, we design the positioning tap post as shown in FIG. 2.
