目前,我国对教师的需求已经由“数量型”向“质量型”转变。社会、政府和整个教育领域也对教师的教学水平提出了更高的要求。这个要求的核心在于教育改革和发展迫切需要一支具有专业化水平、能够随着时代发展不断提高的高素质教师队伍。
