目的探讨超声测量指标预测胎龄的新方法。方法采用超声测量550例正常妊娠单胎胎儿双顶径、腹径、股骨长度、耳廓长度、眼球前后及左右内径6项指标,采用多因素分析法,计算多因素回归方程。结果胎龄与6项指标均有明显的相关性(P<0.001)。利用多因素回归方程预测100例正常妊娠胎儿胎龄,结果平均预测误差为(0.5±0.1)周。结论多因素预测胎龄的方法结果可靠、准确性高
Objective To explore a new method of predicting gestational age by using ultrasound measurement. Methods Five indexes of singleton fetus with normal pregnancy, including biparietal diameter, abdominal diameter, femur length, auricle length, anteroposterior and posterior eyeball diameter, were measured by using ultrasound. Multivariable regression equation was calculated by multivariate analysis. Results gestational age and six indicators were significantly correlated (P <0.001). Predict fetal gestational age in 100 normal pregnancies using multivariate regression equation, the average prediction error was (0.5 ± 0.1) weeks. Conclusion The multi-factor method of predicting gestational age has reliable results and high accuracy
