体育教师继续教育培训是促进体育教师专业化发展的有效保障,继续教育培训的质量与效果直接决定了教师专业素质的获得与提高,而教师的教学质量与效果又直接决定着学生素质的好坏。通过对北京市西城区小学体育教师继续教育培训实际进行综合调查与分析,得出大部分被培训的体育教师的满意度相对较高,更希望通过实践课程直接学习最新科研成果;当教学工作中遇到教学困惑,都采用积极的态度去面对问题,但是参与学科课题研究能力相对较弱;多年形成工作模式,使得大部分体育教师对科研论文处于空白状态,并缺乏专业探究的意识和研究能力。
Continuing education and training of physical education teachers is an effective guarantee to promote the professional development of physical education teachers. The quality and effectiveness of continuing education and training directly determine the attainment and improvement of the professional qualities of teachers. However, the quality and effectiveness of teachers’ teaching directly determine the quality of students . Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the actual education of PE teachers in primary schools in Xicheng District of Beijing, it is concluded that the majority of PE teachers who are trained have relatively high satisfaction and hope to learn the latest achievements in scientific research directly through practical courses. When teaching Encounter the confusion of teaching, all adopt a positive attitude to face the problem, but the ability to participate in subject research is relatively weak. For many years, the working model has been formed, which makes most PE teachers in the blank of research papers and lack of awareness and research of professional inquiry ability.
