从合金元素相互替代角度探讨了钢种归并的可行性,通过X52钢轧制实验验证了热轧工艺对于力学性能调控的柔性。以Q345系列为例详解了如何通过“成分归并+工艺优化”实现微合金结构钢的低成本制造。结果表明,力学性能被很好地控制在标准中线附近。在实现炼钢成本与合金成本降低的同时,结果能为钢铁材料的代用提供更好的选择。
The feasibility of steel incorporation was discussed from the point of substitution of alloy elements. The flexibility of hot rolling process for mechanical properties was verified by X52 steel rolling experiment. Q345 series as an example to explain in detail how to achieve the low-cost manufacturing of microalloyed structural steel through “component incorporation + process optimization”. The results show that the mechanical properties are well controlled near the midline. In the realization of steelmaking costs and alloy cost reduction at the same time, the results can provide a better alternative for the substitution of steel materials.
