目的探讨Kasabach-Merritt综合征(Kasabach-Merritt现象,即KMP)患儿血管瘤超声学表现。方法回顾性分析23例KMP患儿的临床资料,均进行超声检查,详细记录血管瘤超声学特征。结果 23例KMP患儿血管瘤超声学均表现为混合回声团块、边界不清晰、形态不规则、内部回声不均匀,血管瘤血流信号均丰富杂乱,其中16例患儿血管瘤体积偏大、最小径>3 cm,18例患儿血管瘤沿组织间隙生长,13例患儿每平方厘米血管瘤组织可见5~6条小血管。结论超声波能够简便、清晰观察KMP患儿血管瘤特征,对KMP患儿诊治提供重要的影像学价值。
Objective To investigate the ultrasound findings of hemangiomas in children with Kasabach-Merritt syndrome (Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon, KMP). Methods The clinical data of 23 children with KMP were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were examined by ultrasound. The ultrasound features of hemangiomas were recorded in detail. Results Twenty-three patients with KMP showed hemangiomas with mixed echogenic mass, unclear boundary, irregular shape, uneven internal echo and abundant blood flow signals. Among them, the hemangioma volume of 16 children was large , The smallest diameter> 3 cm, 18 cases of hemangiomas grow along the interstitial space, 13 cases of children per square centimeter hemangioma tissue visible 5 to 6 small vessels. Conclusion Ultrasound can be used to easily and clearly observe the features of hemangiomas in children with KMP and provide important imaging value for diagnosis and treatment of children with KMP.
