本文用气相色谱分析法对Leh地区沙棘果油中脂肪酸成分(含量)进行了分析测定。结果表明:沙棘果油中脂肪(酸)含量为24.9%,其中主要成分为棕榈油酸(42.06%)、棕榈酸(28.11%)和油酸 (12.29%)。
In this paper, gas chromatography analysis of Leh area of sea buckthorn oil fatty acid composition (content) were analyzed and determined. The results showed that the content of fat (acid) was 24.9% in sea buckthorn fruit oil, the main components were palmitoleic acid (42.06%), palmitic acid (28.11%) and oleic acid (12.29%).
