介绍了高等职业院校“客户关系管理”课程的教学现状,指出了在教学内容和能力培养方面存在的一些问题,并提出了关于“客户关系管理”课程教学改革的几点思路。
This paper introduces the current situation of teaching “Customer Relationship Management” in higher vocational colleges, points out some problems in teaching content and ability cultivation, and puts forward some ideas on the teaching reform of “Customer Relationship Management” .
