本文以滚珠钢为例,对喷射冶金新技术在电弧炉炼钢中钢液与成品的增氮量、脱氧率、钢的质量等问题进行了讨论。指出以氮代氩,既经济又可行,特别是对冶炼含氮的高铬高锰钢吹氮具有明显的效果。同时,着重从实践中阐述了喷吹在电弧炉炉内节约冶炼电耗的基本原理。通过实例的计算,说明了喷射冶金,是电炉节电、改革电炉炉内工艺的有效手段。
In this paper, the ball steel, for example, the new technology of jet metallurgy in EAF steelmaking liquid steel and finished products increased nitrogen content, oxygen rate, the quality of steel and other issues were discussed. It is pointed out that it is economical and practicable to use nitrogenous argon to purify nitrogen, especially nitrogen blowing of high chromium high manganese steel. At the same time, this paper mainly elaborates the basic principle of saving electric smelting power consumption in arc furnace by practice. Through the calculation of the example, the jet metallurgy is explained, which is an effective way to save electricity and reform the electric furnace furnace technology.
