电热原子吸收光谱测定硒的过程中,硒易挥发损失,同时由于晒的特殊光谱,测定精密度欠佳,给微量硒的测定带来许多困难。 本文研究了测定过程中硒的挥发性行为,为了防止硒的损失,消除基体干扰,研究了测定硒的各种基体改进剂的应用,经试验其中以铜/铁混合基体改进剂最佳,配以塞曼效应扣除背景,可把硒的稳定温度提高至1200℃,消除基体干扰。可应用于环境水中痕量硒的分析测定。
In the process of selenium by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, selenium is prone to loss of volatility. At the same time, due to the special spectrum of the sun, the measurement precision is not good, which brings many difficulties to the determination of trace selenium. In order to prevent the loss of selenium and to eliminate the matrix interference, the application of various matrix modifiers for selenium determination has been studied. The optimum conditions of the copper / iron matrix modifier are as follows With the Zeeman effect deducting the background, the stable temperature of selenium can be raised to 1200 ℃ to eliminate the matrix interference. It can be applied to the determination of trace selenium in environmental water.
