以不同遗传背景和熟期的 9个粳型恢复系相互间和与农垦 58S配制杂交组合 ,1 997~1 999年研究了农垦 58S光敏核不育基因的遗传规律。结果表明 ,供试恢复系均携带恢复农垦58S光敏核不育性的 1对或 2对主效显性基因。T984和农垦 58的 1对主效恢复基因等位。其它 7个恢复系携带 2对等位的主效恢复基因 ,暗示农垦 58S的光敏核不育性涉及到 2对隐性基因 ,遗传背景仅影响微效基因的表达和分离。
Nine japonica restorer lines of different genetic backgrounds and maturing dates were used to formulate cross combinations with Nongken 58S. The genetic rule of Nongken 58S photosensitive male sterile genes was studied from 1997 to 1999. The results showed that one or two pairs of main dominant genes were recovered from the restorer lines of Nongken 58S. T984 and Nongken 58 of a main effect restore gene allelic. The other seven restorer lines carry two major alleles of restorer genes, suggesting that Nongken 58S has two pairs of recessive genes and the genetic background only affects the expression and segregation of the minor genes.
