针对环件冷辗扩的现状和特点,研究了多芯辊辗扩的成形原理。对环件多芯辊辗扩进行了运动学及力学分析,对环形毛坯冷辗扩微元体进行了变形分析,对多芯辊辗扩环形毛坯厚度方向的变形规律及芯辊的移动值应满足的切向应变与径向应变的关系进行了分析,推导出了最小瞬时压下量等所需工艺参数的数学表达式。研究结果可作为设计环件多芯辊辗扩工艺的理论依据。
In view of the current situation and characteristics of ring cold rolling, the forming principle of multi-core rolling is studied. Kinematics and mechanics analysis of the multi-core roller rolling of the ring were carried out. The deformation analysis of the ring-shaped cold rolling micro-bodies was carried out. The deformation rules of the multi-core roller rolling ring blank in the thickness direction and the movement of the core roller should be The relationship between the satisfying tangential strain and radial strain was analyzed, and the mathematical expression of the required process parameters such as the minimum instantaneous reduction was deduced. The research results can be used as the theoretical basis for the design of multi-core roller ring rolling ring process.
