研究艺术的人总喜欢在自己最熟悉的小圈子里讨生活。虽然越钻越深,却也不知窗外事了。我这人便是如此,还经常为自己解嘲:天下那么大,谁能管得了这许多,譬如说对于雕塑,因为我不谙此道,也就漠不关心。尽管近来在不少城市里竖起了大型的纪念碑,也只是看了一些。日前吴为山带着两大本雕塑作品的相册来访,看了确实感到品位很高,且有大家风度,令人为之震动。好像突然从什么圣土中冒出来这个人,并且带来了他所培育的圣果。近30尊现代文化人的雕塑作品,个个深沉凝重,神采容光,有犹如苍劲古柏的齐白石;带着几分严峻的徐悲鸿;慈祥的冰心正在同“小读者”谈话;陶行知阔步走向民间;林散之撑着笔直的拐杖,却仿佛游龙走蛇;费孝通面带笑容,洞察着人间社会;陈白尘的脸上挂着悲剧和喜剧;赵朴初好像是在人世间与佛国之间……。
People who study art always like to talk about life in the most familiar circle. Although drilled deeper, but I do not know the window thing. Nearly 30 modern people’s sculptures, all solemn and dignified, look up to the light, as if vigorous Cooper Qi Baishi; with a bit harsh Xu Beihong; kind heart Bing Xin is with the “small reader” talk; Tao Xingzhi stride Folk; Lin San propped up straight cane, but as if to walk the dragon; Fei Xiaotong smile, insight into the human society; Chen Baichen’s face hanging tragedy and comedy; Zhao Pu-Chu seems to be between the world and the Buddha ....
