针对榆林市下湿滩草地沙化、碱化、植被退化及超载过牧等问题,开展综合治理技术研究,采用彻底翻耕、封育、切割、补播、浅耕翻、施肥等措施,结果使草地生产力水平增长幅度明显,取得了良好的经济、生态、社会效益,对本地区草地的"三化"治理有实际指导意义.
