2009年4月8～9日住房和城乡建设部住宅产业化促进中心与福建省建设厅共同组织专家对晋江兰峰·城市花园(一期)住宅小区进行了国家康居示范工程达标验收工作。小区在建设住宅产业成套技术应用、规划设计、住宅建筑设计、施工组织管理等四方面获得了优秀标准,住宅性能评定达到了2A级标准。
April 8-9, 2009 The Housing Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Fujian Provincial Construction Department jointly organized experts to conduct acceptance tests for the national health demonstration projects in the residential quarters of Lanfeng · City Garden (Phase I) in Jinjiang. Residential area in the construction of complete sets of technology applications in housing industry, planning and design, residential building design, construction and management of the organization obtained four outstanding standards, residential performance rating reached 2A standard.
