最近,苹果针对我国消费者售后实施“双重标准”的事件频频上镜,这个全球市值排名第一、号称可以“改变一切”的企业被推上了风口浪尖。一样的“苹果”为何提供不一样的服务?苹果在国外的售后服务标准为何高于我国?这种“中外有别”的“双重标准”令人深思。本文提出,要防范双重标准事件,一是要完善法律制度建设;二是要确立我国消费者权益保护的行政执法主体,健全消费者权益保护机制;三是要加大处罚力度,净化市场环境。
Recently, Apple frequently applied the double standards to the sale of consumers in China. The company ranked No.1 in global market capitalization and claimed to be able to “change everything”. The same “Apple ” why not provide the same service? Apple’s service standards in foreign countries is higher than our country? This “Chinese and foreign different” “double standard ” is thought-provoking. This article suggests that to guard against double standard events, one is to perfect the construction of legal system; the other is to establish the main body of administrative law enforcement for the protection of consumers ’rights and interests in China and improve the protection mechanism of consumers’ rights and interests; the third is to step up punishment and purify the market environment.
