应用Anycasting铸造数值模拟分析软件,用正交试验方法对YZ108气缸套压力铸造生产工艺过程中充型时间、凝固时间和缩孔缩松缺陷进行了数值模拟。分析了浇注温度、压射速度和慢/快压射距离三种因素的三种不同水平对充型时间、凝固时间和缺陷的影响。根据模拟结果得出:慢/快压射距离是影响充型时间和缺陷的主要因素;浇注温度主要影响凝固时间;并得出最佳工艺参数。
Anycasting casting numerical simulation software was used to simulate the filling time, solidification time and shrinkage porosity shrinkage of YZ108 cylinder liner during pressure casting process by orthogonal test. The effects of three different levels of pouring temperature, injection speed and slow / fast injection distance on filling time, setting time and defects were analyzed. According to the simulation results, it is concluded that the slow / fast shot distance is the main factor affecting the filling time and defects; the pouring temperature mainly affects the setting time; and the optimum process parameters are obtained.
