目的了解2家乘用车生产企业可能产生的职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》(GBZ/T196-2007)进行评价。结果乘用车生产线可能存在锰及其化合物、二甲苯、电焊烟尘、噪声、高温热辐射等。结论该项目职业病危害种类繁多且包括多种高毒物品,属职业病危害严重的建设项目,其主要控制点为冲压车间及焊装车间等噪声危害;焊装车间的电焊烟尘、二氧化锰等危害;涂装车间的苯系物等有机溶剂的危害。由于接触人群范围广,在各项职业病危害防护措施落实到位的情况下,还必须加强个体防护。
Objective To understand the possible occupational hazards that may arise in the two passenger car manufacturers and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods According to “Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects” (GBZ / T196-2007). Results passenger car production line may exist manganese and its compounds, xylene, welding fumes, noise, high temperature heat radiation. Conclusion The project has a wide range of occupational hazards and includes a variety of highly toxic substances. It is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. The main control points are noise hazards such as stamping shop and welding shop, welding fume and manganese dioxide in the welding shop, etc. ; Painting workshop benzene series and other organic solvents hazards. Due to the wide range of exposure to the crowd, in the case of occupational hazards protection measures in place, the individual protection must also be strengthened.
