Through the use of dielectric analysis of polyvinyl chloride and tertiary polyepsilon caprolactone polyurethane blends were studied. Dielectric studies have shown that the dielectric loss curve exhibits a single glass transition at or below about 50% by mass of the polyester polyurethane, with the system exhibiting a partially compatible two phase The structure and normalized dielectric loss curves show that the width of the loss curve of the blends is wider than that of polyurethane and PVC. Theoretical calculations show that the interaction parameter X 12 is 0.004.
