为了解决胜利油田垦东12块滩海油田的石油开采,在黄河入海口处极浅海域,建成进海路和人工岛组合系统,在岛上建设油井进行石油开采。本文根据已掌握的工程地区资料,对该地面工程开展调研和评价,介绍了进海路及人工岛工程方案,根据油藏分布的区块位置,由进海路将平台与陆地相联接,利用陆上设施进行勘探开发。同时指出,一个完备的工程设计是需要经过反复的初步方案比选才能得出安全又经济的最终方案。
In order to solve the oil exploitation of 12 Tanhai oilfields in Kendong, Shengli Oilfield, a combined system of sea inlet and artificial islands was built in the extremely shallow sea at the mouth of the Yellow River estuary, and oil wells were built on the island for oil exploration. In this paper, based on the available engineering area data, we carry out investigation and evaluation of the ground engineering, introduce the project of entering the sea and artificial islands, connect the platform with the land by the sea inlet according to the block location of the reservoir, Facilities for exploration and development. At the same time, it is pointed out that a complete engineering design is the final solution that can be concluded safely and economically after repeated preliminary comparison and selection.
