重楼(Paris polyphylla Smith)为百合科重楼属植物,含有黄酮、甾体皂苷、植物甾醇及植物蜕皮激素等多种化学成分,传统医学认为其具有清热、解毒、止痛、定惊、凉肝等功效。现代药理学研究表明,重楼具有抑制肿瘤生长、减轻疼痛、提高免疫力、杀菌消炎、止血等多重作用,对肝癌、胃癌、白血病等多种癌症具有良好疗效。查阅整理近年来有关重楼的国内外研究文献,总结其活性化学成分及药理作用研究进展,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
