目前我国容量较大的四轴煤水车的轮箍表面小块肃脱现象很严重,给机务段工作带来了不少困难。根据研究,这主要是由于轮箍接触应力高、材料强度不够所致。在现车上,著者建议这个问题最好是通过正确的轮箍热处理来解决。铁道科学研究院同意了这个意见,今春在该院金属研究组王基厚同志的指导下,在戚墅堰工厂热处理了一批轮箍,现在正在锦州机务段进行试用。这个问题的性质是很复杂的,在苏联也是一个正在研究的问题。著者希望能通过这篇文章的发表,引起同志们的注意,进一步进行理论研究。
At present, the capacity of the large four-axis coal-water wheel in our country is very serious on the surface of the tire hub, which brings a lot of difficulties to the work of the locomotive depot. According to the research, this is mainly due to the high contact stress of the wheel rim and the insufficient material strength. On the current car, the authors suggest that this problem is best solved by the right tire heat treatment. Railway Science Research Institute agreed with this opinion. This spring, under the guidance of Wang Jianyu, a researcher from the Metal Research Group of the institute, a batch of wheel rims were heat-treated at the Qishuyan plant and is being piloted at the Jinzhou locomotive depot. The nature of the problem is very complicated. In the Soviet Union, it is also an issue under study. The author hopes that through the publication of this article, it will arouse the attention of comrades and conduct further theoretical research.
