【目的】 构建儿童生长发育的标准曲线。 【方法】 利用光滑样条非参数模型和百分位数法 ,在 6 .11版SAS软件包上对香港地区 0~ 7岁儿童体重的百分位数标准曲线进行构建。 【结果】 构建了香港地区 0~ 7岁儿童体重生长发育百分位数曲线、体重生长速度和生长加速度曲线 ,而且加权光滑样条的拟合优度和光滑度均高于不加权光滑样条。 【结论】 非参数模型能够最佳地兼顾拟合优度和光滑度 ,改进了经典LS法 ,可作为生长曲线拟合的一种优异方法在医学领域中得到广泛应用
【Objective】 To construct a standard curve of children’s growth and development. 【Method】 Using the non-parametric model of smooth spline and the percentile method, the standard curve of percentile of body weight of children aged 0-7 years in Hong Kong was constructed on the version 6.11 SAS software package. 【Results】 The weight growth curve, body weight growth rate and growth acceleration curve of 0- to 7-year-old children in Hong Kong were constructed, and the goodness-of-fit and smoothness of weighted smooth splines were all higher than those of unweighted smooth splines . 【Conclusion】 The non-parametric model can best fit the goodness of fit and the smoothness, and the classical LS method is improved. It is widely used in the medical field as an excellent method for fitting the growth curve
