反向物流是为了资源回收或正确处理废弃物,在高效及适当成本下,对原材料、在制品、产成品及相关信息从消费点到产出点的流动和存储进行规划、实施和控制的过程。铁路多经企业与反向物流在功能上具有交叉性,都涉及到运输、搬运装卸、仓储等。因此,铁路多经企业开展反向物流服务相比传统物流更具发展机会。基于铁路多经企业开展反向物流服务的理论及实践基础,确立决策组合变量。在此基础上,构建了铁路多经企业开展反向物流服务基于发展周期的分步决策模型和基于发展模式的坐标参考模型。
Reverse logistics is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the movement and storage of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and related information from the point of consumption to the point of production for the purpose of resource recovery or proper disposal of waste, at efficient and affordable costs . Multi-rail companies and reverse logistics cross-functional, all related to transport, handling, storage and so on. Therefore, the railway diversified enterprises to carry out reverse logistics services more opportunities than the development of traditional logistics. Based on the theoretical and practical basis for multi-channel railway enterprises to carry out reverse logistics services, decision-making portfolio variables are established. On this basis, a stepwise decision-making model based on the development cycle and a coordinate reference model based on the development mode are set up for the railway diversified enterprises to carry out the reverse logistics service.
