为计算比较直通齿和交错齿迷宫密封内部的流场分布和动力特性,本文建立了两种齿形密封的三维CFD模型,并利用商业软件CFX模拟分析流场的分布规律,计算密封内气体对转子的气流激振力,求解两齿形密封的动特性系数。结果显示:交错齿迷宫密封泄漏量和周向速度均小于直通齿,并且转子上有7齿的交错齿密封的稳定性优于直通齿。
In order to compare the flow field distribution and dynamic characteristics of straight tooth and staggered tooth labyrinth seal, two kinds of three-dimensional CFD model of tooth seal were established in this paper. The CFD simulation software was used to analyze the distribution of flow field, Rotor airflow excitation force, to solve the dynamic characteristics of the two-tooth seal coefficient. The results show that the labyrinthine labyrinth seal leakage rate and circumferential velocity are less than the straight through teeth, and the staggered tooth seal with 7 teeth on rotor has better stability than straight through teeth.
