对梅尼埃病的治疗,曾用外科冷冻技术阻断前庭系统。House发现冷冻鼓岬造成内淋巴瘘可治疗内淋巴积水。Lundquist(1973,1977)曾描述豚鼠迷路外科冷冻后形态学改变。Ku-ylensterna(1982)提出冷冻以达到选择性耳蜗损伤的可能性。本文目的观察耳蜗冷冻定位损伤后,听诱发电位将会发生何种改变,以证实此种检查对内耳冷冻损伤病人的诊断价值。
For the treatment of Meniere’s disease, surgical freezing techniques were used to block the vestibular system. House found that freezing the promontory promontory causes endolymphatic fistula to treat endolymphatic hydrops. Lundquist (1973, 1977) described morphological changes in guinea pig labyrinth surgery after freezing. Ku-ylensterna (1982) proposed the possibility of freezing to achieve selective cochlear damage. This article aims to observe the cochlear cryostat lesions, the auditory evoked potential will occur what changes in order to confirm the inspection of the inner ear cryogenic injury in patients with diagnostic value.
