随着建筑企业市场竞争的愈发激烈,引发的价格竞争也在不断持续,建筑施工企业要在竞争中处于优势,只有采取精细化管理,摒弃旧的较为落后的管理方式,在建筑施工项目中实现精细化管理,提高质量、降低成本,才能进一步提高企业的经济效益。本文结合我国建筑施工项目成本精细化管理的情况,从项目成本精细化管理的概念内容着手进行了简单阐述,对建筑施工项目成本精细化管理的现状进行分析,并针对性的提出一些对策意见以供参考。
