利用连续驱动摩擦焊技术焊接Super304H/T92异种钢钢管,焊接接头具有良好的显微组织和力学性能。考察了摩擦转速对焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能的影响,随着摩擦转速增加,焊接接头晶粒尺寸没有明显变化,热影响区碳化物析出相的数量略微增加,显微硬度增大,冲击韧性逐渐降低;摩擦转速对拉伸断裂位置和拉伸强度没有影响。
Using continuous drive friction welding technology to weld Super304H / T92 dissimilar steel pipe, the welded joint has good microstructure and mechanical properties. The effect of friction speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints was investigated. With the increase of the friction speed, the grain size of the welded joints did not change significantly, the amount of carbides precipitated in the heat affected zone slightly increased, the microhardness increased, Impact toughness gradually decreased; friction speed has no effect on tensile fracture location and tensile strength.
