目的 探讨肺包虫病的X线及磁共振成像 (MRI)的诊断特征。材料与方法 本组 7例均经X线及MRI检查 ,并经手术及病理证实 ,对其作回顾性对照分析。结果 根据本组资料 ,X线平片对一般肺包虫病多能作出正确诊断 ,但对于肺包虫破裂感染等复杂病例易与其他疾病混淆 ,而MRI无 1例误诊。结论 MRI对此病诊断有如下优势 :定位、定性准确 ,结构观察清晰 ,解剖空间关系显示佳 ,有很高诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic characteristics of pulmonary echinococcosis by X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Materials and Methods The group of 7 patients were X-ray and MRI examination, and confirmed by surgery and pathology, a retrospective analysis of its control. Results According to the data of this group, X-ray film can make correct diagnosis for general pulmonary hydatid disease, but complicated cases such as rupture of pulmonary hydatid are easy to be confused with other diseases. Conclusion MRI diagnosis of the disease has the following advantages: positioning, qualitative and accurate, clear structure observation, anatomical spatial relations showed good, with high diagnostic value.
