聚碳酸酯(PC)材料广泛应用在炮弹、火箭弹等军事领域,从而遇到此环境下的冲击加载问题,即材料的高应变率力学特性问题。分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验是测试材料在高应变率下力学响应的一种行之有效的实验手段。本文利用SHPB对PC进行了动态冲击压缩实验,实验结果表明:聚碳酸酯抗冲击性好,在高应变率下,PC的屈服强度和弹性模量与准静态相比明显提高;聚碳酸酯表现出对应变率的敏感性。
Polycarbonate (PC) materials are widely used in military fields such as artillery shells, rockets and the like, and thus encounter the impact loading problem in this environment, that is, the problem of high strain rate mechanical properties of materials.
