研发活动之间常存在顺序重叠和反馈重叠,重叠并行性会加快项目的进度,但又存在返工风险.为此,采用设计结构矩阵(DSM)信息输出和信息输入时间因子矩阵及返工风险矩阵,以更完整地描述活动重叠及其对返工的影响.提出了基于顺序重叠的项目持续时间计算方法和基于反馈重叠导致的返工时间计算方法.针对某案例活动排序优化问题,采用遗传算法以基于重叠的时间计算模型为目标函数进行优化,项目的持续时间和返工时间得到了明显的降低.
The overlap of R & D activities and the overlapping of feedback often lead to the progress of the project being accelerated, but there is a risk of rework.Therefore, by using DSM information output and information input time factor matrix and rework risk matrix, A more complete description of the activity overlap and its impact on the rework is proposed.This paper proposes a method to calculate the project duration based on the overlap of the sequence and the calculation method of the rework time based on the overlap of the feedback.According to a case of activity ranking optimization, Time model for the optimization of the objective function, the project duration and rework time has been significantly reduced.
